Helen Curtis is a curator and art consultant with over twenty years’ experience.

Helen is the founder/director of Apparatus, a trusted creative consultancy based in Boorloo/Perth established in 2014.

Apparatus specialises in art curating and acquisitions, collection management, valuations, public art, collaborative design, policy and strategy, and professional development.

Apparatus is a preferred provider of public art consultancy services to DevelopmentWA and the BMW Percent for Art Program.

Helen provides advice to Curtin University’s Department of Humanities Industry Advisory Panel, the National Trust’s Public Arts and Monuments Committee, and is a member of the State Design Review Panel, and the City of Stirling’s Art Advisory Panel.
